Is this Program only available in English?

This Program is available in English and in German!

Do I have to have a regular Yoga-practice before start this program?

It would be an advantage if you already have your own regular yoga practice, but it is not a requirement.

How much Yoga and Meditation experience do I need for this program?

You should bring some experience in yoga and meditation with you.

If this program is the reason for you to get started in yoga and meditation, then your lack of experience should in no case be the obstacle to starting this program because it is my greatest concern to lead you to your goal and to the life of your desires.

Can I book the modules in a different order?

The program is, for the moment, only available in the order in which the modules are listed.

How does the premium and basic version look like?

In the basic version you can go through the program on your own. You will receive all of the online material.

The premium variant extends the basic variant to include my support through the program. You will get my support through weekly live zoom sessions with over 6 months, if you book the entire package.

If you book the modules individually, you will receive 4 live zoom sessions with me for the first module, which you must use within 8 weeks of purchasing the program, otherwise they will expire.

With every additional module that you book, you get 3 live zoom sessions with me, which you have to use within 6 weeks after purchase.

How much time do I have to invest for the program per week?

How much time can I expect for one module?

The time you want to invest in yourself depends entirely on yourself. Since it is a mastermind program you are quite flexible. There will certainly be phases in which you progress faster or slower, phases in which you are simply allowed to give space and phases in which you will be very productive. A time orientation could be my indication of my support for the program in the premium version.

What exactly is a mastermind program?

Mastermind means that the content is available on an online platform and the content is structured in such a way that you can go through the program step by step on your own.
